30 under 30

Bradley Allen, ABR, CRS, got into real estate to help people—and to help change the way the business is done. Allen, 29, wanted his team’s listings to stand out, so he became one of the few practitioners to produce his own 360-degree virtual tours, In addition, “every house we list gets a pre-home inspection, two hours with a stager, and [time with] an appraiser to measure and draw the house.” Allen puts his money where his mouth is when it comes to ethics. When he found out the Greater Columbia Association of REALTORS® was struggling to pay instructors to teach the NAR Ethics course, he enlisted colleagues to become certified and teach it at no cost.
