One disclaimer on this article is, it is based out of Long Island, New York. They said with lower end homes it doesn't matter what camera you use. However, they consider $300k their lower end, which is towards our higher end. Just take that into consideration when you look at their graph.

An Amazing 1st Annual Pumpkin Pickin
