Smash Burger is Smashing

I had a great lunch today Smash Burger on Devine st. First of all it was packed and I know why. The food was great. It was tasty yet not greasy. I am sort of a "fry-aholic" and these past the test especially the "smash fries", they had a great flavor but not over powering.

Go try Smash Burger you won't be disappointed.

Yeah We Got An App for That

Just recently our local MLS, the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service in Columbia SC, put out an app for both the agent and the consumer. Of course you can't get all of the info we can, but its pretty detailed. I have noticed it has options for drawing your boundaries, great search criteria and a map button that will take you to the listing from where you are.

 

 

 

To down load it, either go to the "App Store" or "Play Book" and search Columbia SC, make sure to click on the icon with the blue background, white house and palmetto tree. It's free and that easy. Here is a link to the brochure.
