This is a 3 bed, 1 bath, 1,075 sq ft ranch style home. It appears to have good bone but it needs some cosmetic work. It's on the Southeast part of town and close to the Fort. They are asking $30,500.00 and with a couple of bucks you can have this thing back in rental condition. Typical rent for a home this size and in this location should be between $650 and $800.
