Kathwood Park Open House

We are hosting another public open house at Kathwood Park this Sunday, August 12, from 3-5 PM. If you haven't yet, here is your chance to come and preview the homes in Lake Katherine's newest subdivision. There are four finished homes available for sale, and several lots for custom builds. For more information on the homes in this neighborhood, you can visit Kathwood Park's website. These homes are built by Lady Street Builders, who also built the homes in Saluda River Club. Lady Street Builders are known for building houses of the upmost quality, with granite countertops, hardwood floors, and tile. If you or someone you know are looking for the perfect new home, or if you are just curious about the new neighborhood, feel free to stop by on Sunday to tour the homes and speak with us. Some Longer Hours For Our Four Legged Friends

I got home tonight to see that my dog had a bare spot on her side and bumps on her back. Like a concerned parent should, I immediately call our vet. To my liking Shandonwood has long hours for us "working folk". They are open 8am to 8pm Monday through Thursday, 8-6pm on Friday and 9-12pm on Saturday. If you need a vet I'd reccomend Shandonwood. They have a convenient location at the corner of Daly St and Millwood, right next to Dreher High School. Heck it is a quick walk from Melrose Heights, Heathwood, Old Shandon and Shandon.
