An Amazing 1st Annual Pumpkin Pickin

Thanks to all of our amazing clients, friends, families and future clients for coming out today. We had an amazing turn out. We had a inflatable slide, Cromers popcorn, refreshments and ofcourse FREE PUMPKINS. Don't forget everyone to take pictures of your pumpkins once you carve them and either email it to us or post it on our facebook wall for a chance to win $50. The winner will be decided after Halloween. Thanks again everyone and we look forward to next year.

Under Contract!

We have great news. We just got our own listing under contract in Hampton Trace. 410 Hampton Trace Lane went under contract Friday 9.24.2010. Currenlty we sell about 15% of our own listings, compared to the 1% national REALTOR average. It just goes to prove, that if you market correctly, cultivate and scrub your leads in a proven system, you can move homes!
