How We Do Virtual Tours
There are a ton of different products out there dubbed, virtual tours. Some are just pictures that slide, providing you with little more that what you already see. Some people use videos, but you can only focus on what the camera man wants you to see. Plus I haven't seen many that don't resemble the "blair witch project".
We, at The ART Team, use a 360 virtual tour. This is a complicated and time consuming process that allows the buyer to look at room and see every corner, ceiling fan, floor board at their convience. You can zoom in or move the view to which ever location you want. Then when you are done with a certian room, you click onto the next. It gives the buyer the sensation that they are actually walking through the house.
We feel that we could "get by" with other products, but "getting by" isn't what we do. We want to do what is best for our clients home, and that is using the 360 tours.
