The ART Team, Teams up with DocuSign
Has your REALTOR ever sent your a form to initial, date and send back. Yeah it sounds easy enough, until you realize that your printers out of ink, you just ran out of paper, you can't get the document to scan. Then finally you wait until tomorrow to send it back to your agent and then they tell you forgot a spot. It's frustrating, we know. It's equally frustrating on our end.
So with the world being so "instant gratification" and not being able to wait 10 mins to get a document back. We have hired the services of "Docusign". This revolutionary company has made initialling and signing documents as easy as a click of the mouse. Here is a video that explains it all.
Hopefully, by using this system will we be more efficient so that we can spend more time with our clients in getting their homes sold.
